A Red Light Therapy (RLT)matt that uses specific, low-level wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular healing, reduce inflammation, and boost energy production within the body's mitochondria. Pairing 660nm (red light) and 850nm (near-infrared) provides comprehensive coverage, treating both the skin surface and deeper underlying tissues simultaneously. Also includes crown Charka balancing.

Guided Meditation
The services includes specific sound frequencies to deepen relaxation along with
verbal instructions. Sound waves help to calm the nervous system and shifts brain waves more rapidly.
